Rules and Regulations

All Campers and Visitors understand and accepts that the use of all recreational facilities shall at all times be governed by Holly Beach Memories Policy provided to guest by request. All Campers and Visitors do hear by release Holly Beach Memories, its officers and employees for all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his or her use of its camping and entertainment facilities and agrees to indemnify Holly Beach Memories, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of Holly Beach Memories Facilities.

 Registered RV sites include 6 people. There is an additional $10.00 a day fee for each additional person staying in your camper and they must check in at the office. Only 2 vehicles allowed at each RV site. You are allowed visitors.  Please advise them before they come.  All visitors must park Beach Side.   

 RV Site Check in time is 2:00 pm /Check out time is 11:00 am.  Pavilion Check in is 7:00 am Check out is 8:00 pm same day. For Early Check in or late check out please contact office. Additional charges may apply. 

 Quiet Time follows Cameron Parish Ordinance.  Please respect your fellow campers! 

*Pets are welcome

*No aggressive breeds!  Examples are Pit Bulls, Pit Bull mix, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows etc. If your dog is not considered an aggressive breed but shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please do not bring your dog.  Contact office if you have any questions.

*Pets MUST be on a leash. No Exceptions regardless of how tame your pet is.

*Do not leave your pet unattended.  Barking dogs can be a disturbance to others.

*Please clean up after your pet and dispose of properly.

*Pets owners are fully responsible and liable  for the behavior and safety of their pets.

*  Reservations are typically non- refundable. A credit will be issued for a future reservation if cancellation is made 72 hours prior to arrival date.  (example: arriving on Friday, must call by Tuesday to cancel to receive a credit.) 

*Early Departures are not eligible for refunds or credits towards future reservations.

*In the event a Mandatory evacuation is ordered, a credit will be issued for your next reservation.

*Excessive noise, public intoxication, illegal drug use, foul language, nudity, fighting, explosives, fireworks, firearms will not be tolerated and/or not allowed.

*Parents are fully responsible for the behavior and safety of there children.

*Campers are responsible for the cleanliness of their site. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. 

*No glass bottles around the park.

*Please do not leave trash out over night. 

*No washing of Campers, Golf carts or vehicles.

*Loss or Damage: Holly Beach Memories will always make decisions  with safety and security as our number one goal, but we are not responsible for accidents, injuries or losses from any cause. Campers, guests and visitors use all facilities and property at their own risk.
